Founder, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Dutt possesses 20 years of experience in delivering value in entrepreneurial, distressed, and high growth companies. In these organizations, Mr. Dutt specialized in creating increased customer equity (and associated profits) from both existing and net new customers.
In his roles as a sales and marketing executive, Mr. Dutt has successfully created and launch new products, established new niche markets, and consistently delivered bottom line results.
Mr. Dutt has built best in class marketing & customer service organizations, which delivered operating margins in excess of 80%, built technology and distribution partnerships, and closed multi-million dollar contracts.
Mr. Dutt has deep experience in software, telephony, consulting, and wireless industries. Within these industries, Mr. Dutt brings extensive experience in building cross-functional teams, allowing the organization to leap to the next level.
Chief Executive Offcer
Mr. Sanguinetti has over 30 years of business experience, and holds degrees in business and industrial technology. Early in his career, Mr. Sanguinetti specialized in sales, marketing and operations in the industrial, electrical, and electronics markets, developing and managing teams sized ranging from a few to over one hundred. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Sanguinetti has held executive management positions in six ventures; three start-ups, two early stage and one later stage. Partnering with the founders or inventors, Mr. Sanguinetti helped develop and refine the respective business plans, develop and implement strategic plans, hire and develop the management teams, raise an aggregate $100+ Million equity and debt financing, and negotiate exits beneficial to the stakeholders.
A sampling of the companies Mr. Sanguinetti has guided to success includes:
- Neoreach: (a division of Mobilepro (MOBL)) which Mr. Sanguinetti grew from a start up to one of the largest wireless broadband operation in the United States
- Bermai: The Company grew from a single design center with a staff of twelve, to four design centers with over seventy employees. The company established a number of industry firsts, and its high-performance WiFi chipsets were designed into name brand Japanese and Taiwanese wireless products. Bermai and its technology were acquired by DSP Group in late 2004.
- Speedcom Wireless: where Mr. Sanguinetti launched the industry’s first WiFi mesh products utilizing technology licensed from Stanford Research. Speedcom was acquired by P-Com in 2002.
- Breezecom Incorporated. Mr. Sanguinetti co-founded Breezecom Incorporated (now known as Alvarion, Inc, NASDAQ: ALVR), serving as President, US Operations. The company grew to be the leader in the wireless broadband industry and went public on the NASDAQ in one of the largest IPOs on record for a company based in Israel.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sunderman has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations management. For eighteen years he served as either Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of four major corporations.
Mr. Sunderman is founder and President/CFO of Sierra Capital Resources, LLC, an Organizational Development and Financial Management Solution Provider. Here he directs a team of more than 25 consultants in providing small to medium size businesses with a wide variety of services.
Mr. Sunderman graduated Cum Laude from UCLA in 1970 where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. In 1975 he received a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from USC. In that same year he received his license as a Certified Public Accountant after working for Price Waterhouse & Co.
Additionally, Mr. Sunderman is active with non-profits having served as CFO of one very large non-profit and as treasurer of another non-profit involved in international mission work including work on establishing medical dispensaries and foreign language education (English as a second language) in a foreign country.
Vice President R&D, Engineering
Mr. Wertz has over 45 years of experience in research and development and product development. As president of his consultancy organization since 1978, he has extensive experience in a broad variety of fields and array of technologies. In addition, he has served as VP of R&D and Engineering for three high-tech medical device start-up companies. All three were successful IPO's and are currently publicly traded on NASDAQ.
Mr. Wertz began his career in 1961 in aerospace designing attitude control rocket motors for the Saturn S-IV B moon rockets, later, transferring to commercial aircraft environmental controls and interiors. He then worked as an industrial design consultant for private and corporate jet aircraft where he met several notable celebrities including Walt Disney. From that meeting, Mr. Wertz became involved with the preliminary designs of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and the original EPCOT Center.
Returning from the Army in 1967, Mr. Wertz focused his career toward the design and development of consumer goods. Working for a large leisure product corporation, he was quickly elevated to the position of assistant to the VP of R&D. There he managed a staff in excess of 40 engineers, designers and technicians responsible for all new products and cost reduction projects for 21 companies with 144 product lines.
In 1978, Mr. Wertz left his position of VP of Engineering for a medical device company and started Keith Wertz Associates (KWA). A consultancy employing a varying staff of creative designers and engineers, KWA serviced a wide spectrum of clients. Projects ranged from toys and consumer goods to sophisticated robotic and medical devices.
Mr. Wertz brings a wealth of expertise to the team in project management, technical knowledge and qualified resources. He attended Cal State Long Beach where he received a BS in Industrial Design.
